JPLAdvisors was founded by John Luethe, a Seattle-based executive with two decades of experience leading services teams, launching products, and operating technology organizations for multinational companies, small public companies, and established late-stage businesses.
John's perspective is shaped not just by executive leadership, but by direct operational accountability — including P&L ownership for a 70-person global services team at Redapt, post-acquisition technology leadership at IBM Private Cloud, and a decade of delivering complex programs at Accenture across Microsoft, Best Buy, and Safeco.
In 2025, John founded Comfort Keepers of Seattle — building a licensed, regulated, in-home senior care business in the Seattle and Eastside area from the ground up. That experience reinforced what he had long believed: the fundamentals of launching an operations-intensive business, earning customer trust, and building a team culture that delivers — apply across every industry.
